Homes Overseas Russian Awards – First Russian Awards in Overseas Property launched by Independent Media Sanoma Magazines. The mission of it – is to give a new push to the development of Overseas Property, create effective ground for professional communication. It provides wide range of marketing opportunities to all of the participants. In the course of the Award the current overseas property projects will be assessed. The best among them will be awarded with the Gold, Silver or Bronze prize of Homes Overseas Russian Awards. Besides that, one of the projects will be awarded with a Gran Prix. It is a special Award, given by a special decision of the Jury. Overall, 250 application forms from 65 companies were received. The Jury, consisting of overseas property experts and the representatives of the sponsors, chose 39 projects from 36 companies that became nominees. Their names were announced on March 11th on the press-conference in RIA “Novosti”. The list of nominees and their resume is available on the website of the Awards. The guests of the website, can vote for the projects, as a result – a special prize “People’s Vote” will be granted. The rules of voting are simple: 1 vote from 1 IP for project per day. You can vote for up to 3 projects per day. The announcement of the Award results and the granting of prizes will take place at the Gala Dinner on 8 April 2010 in the Marriott Grand Hotel where for the first time in the history the all and top managers of leading companies will meet. The audience of 200 to 250 people is expected.
