REGISTRATION OF PROJECTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN HOMES OVERSEAS AWARDS 2011 IS ALREADY OPEN

Homes Overseas Russian Awards is the first Russia award granted for achievements in the area of overseas property established by Independent Media Sanoma Magazines publishing house. The Awards is held to give a new impulse to development of the Russian overseas property industry, ensure its promotion, create an efficient platform for communication between the professionals and form high quality standards.

In the course of the Award, the overseas property projects are evaluated. The best among them are awarded with the Gold, Silver or Bronze prize of the Homes Overseas Russian Awards. Besides, the Grand Prix is awarded, based on the special decision of the judges.

The first Homes Overseas Russian Awards was held in 2009/2010. Totally, over 200 applications from 65 companies were received, 38 projects became winners in 18 nominations, and over 200 hundred guests were present at the Gala Dinner in Marriott Grand Hotel. Since October 1, 2010, we have been accepting applications for participation in Homes Overseas Russian Awards 2011! Time schedule of Homes Overseas Russian Awards 2011: October 1, 2010 – February 11, 2011 – acceptance of applications for participation in the Awards
February 1 – March 20, 2011 – the 1-st stage of work of the Panel of Judges: selection of nominees
March 22, 2011 – announcement of the Awards nominees
March 28 – April 10, 2011 – the 2-nd stage of work of the Panel of Judges: detailed evaluation of the projects
April 14 – exhibition of the nominees and Gala Dinner

Terms of participation in Homes Overseas Russian Awards 2011:

• Submission of applications – free of charge
• Organizational fee for the projects selected as nominees: 60,000 Rubles or 1,500 Euro + 18 % VAT.
• 15% discounts for the second and each consequent nomination
• 20% discount for participants of the “Worldwide Real Estate - 2011” exhibition.
