Почему такие низкие цены в Баварском лесу ? Там совсем нет инфраструктуры ? или очень далеко от населенного пункта ? или еще какие-нибудь причины?
Правда ли что все дешевые квартиры в Германии на сайтах - залоговые, и эта цена - стартовая, и при торгах поднимается в несколько раз, и вообще бесплатный (дешевый) сыр - только в мышеловке???
Объясните пожалуйста, что означает стоимость квартиры "от ..." . Это что аукцион?
