В нескольких минутах езды от пляжа, где все услуги для отдыха. И всего в 12 км, по хорошей дороге, приведет вас к историческому центру города Ретимно. Аэропорты Ираклион и Ханья находятся на расстоянии примерно одного часа езды на машине.

This is an exclusive location very close to the pretty traditional village of Ag. Triada with magnificent views overlooking Rethymno’s north coast. Surrounded by rolling hills covered with olive groves, the position is rural and quiet with the advantage of being close to the larger villages of Adele and Pigi, where all amenities such as a tavernas, cafes, mini market, shops, butchers, bakers etc. are available. A short drive away you will find beaches and all the facilities on offer for holidays and just 12km on a good road brings you to the centre of the historic town of Rethymno. Both Heraklion and Hania airports are approximately 1 hour by car.
Crete Holiday Home is a family run company and are the owners of the Villas. Their aim is to provide a high quality personal service to their guests. They are there for whatever you may need and wish you to feel “At Home” while on holiday. Telephone contact with the owners of the Villas can be made as often as necessary. They are always close at hand and ready to help.
We can arrange a rental car for you at very competitive rates. There is wifi and access to Viber. The guests have free use of bicycles throughout their stay.
The adjoining holiday home is not for rental. The owners usually use it for a couple of weeks each year. If they are on holiday at the same time, then we would ask our guests to behave in a considerate manner. Excessive diving into the shared pool can sometimes cause a large amount of water to go onto the neighbouring patio, and so we ask guests to refrain from doing this when there are visitors in the next house.
Please do not use the pool before 9 o’clock in the morning and between 3.00 – 5.00 in the afternoon as this is when we clean and maintain the pool.
