CONSENT TO PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
1.1. You (hereinafter referred to as the User), using the Service of Homes Overseas, available on the Internet on the website at: https://www.homesoverseas.ru, in accordance with the license agreement/contract, user or other agreement on its use, as well as ordering and using the services of Property Abroad LP (hereinafter referred to as the Administration), you give the Administration your consent to the processing of your following personal data:

1.1.4. compliance with the mandatory requirements of the Kazakhstan legislation.

1.4. Processing of the User’s personal data is permitted both with and without the use of automation in accordance with applicable law.
1.5. This consent to the processing of the User’s personal data extends to any transfer of the User’s personal data to the Administration made prior to the present consent.
