Indeed, what do we know today or, rather, remember about Crimea? There are high mountains, a blue - it is the Black - sea, pebble beaches and a dozen or two attractions, seasoned with a drop of nostalgia ... Perhaps not enough for a person experienced in comfort, especially when he parted with a significant amount, buying a vacation home in Crimea. More serious motivation is needed here. In search of adventure Crimean nature itself still prompts a significant part of ideas for recreation. The nature reserves and parks are ideal for hiking, contemplation, hiking and biking, hunting and fishing. Rocky mountains, canyons, caves and the depths of the sea - for rock climbing, speleology, scuba diving. The Crimean recreation infrastructure has made an impressive breakthrough over the past decade. “The annually growing tourist flow makes Crimea an attractive investment zone, which contributes to its rapid development,” comments Roman Gavrilin, manager of the Krasotel management company project group. Many historical, landscape and architectural monuments have been restored in Crimea. Water parks appear, as in Simeiz and Alushta, dolphinariums, zoos, golf is gradually developing, and the construction of an international-class extreme entertainment park "Bora 4" in Alupka is about to be completed. “Special attention is paid to yachting, which is actively developing at the expense of the Balaklava yacht clubs and the yacht marina in Sevastopol, which provides clients with charter and brokerage services that are widely demanded by the modern public,” continues Roman Gavrilin. The set of active entertainments at the sea resorts of Crimea includes tennis, paragliding, climbing the mountains, scuba diving. “Diving is incredibly popular, because the water area of the southern coast of Crimea has not only a unique underwater world, but also a history of more than 40,000 years. Until now, hunters for antiquities find amphorae and other utensils of long-disappeared settlements at the bottom of the sea in the Gurzuf area, ”says Lilia Safronova, a representative of the Arteks group of companies. "Paragliding is also rapidly developing: the highest points from which you can start flying reach 1500 m above sea level." Where to live well in Crimea The tourist infrastructure of the Crimean resorts is gradually being brought up to the European level. Yalta was especially successful in this. Lilia Safronova is confident that the level of service is growing largely due to the emergence of new luxury real estate projects. Speaking about resorts with the best opportunities for sports and recreation, Roman Gavrilin also singles out Yalta: “Today it is the most developed resort. But after him, other resorts are beginning to change, for example Sevastopol, where several large hotel complexes with a rich infrastructure are being built today. " “Crimea is heterogeneous,” agrees Sergey Eliseev, a member of the supervisory board of the Europa development company. - The southern coast in many respects is approaching the southern coast of France. Many objects in Yalta are generally at the European level. The North is the least developed, it cannot be compared with Europe. The West and South-East occupy an intermediate position, but they are far from Europe either. " Therefore, developers for large projects with their own recreation and entertainment facilities choose the South Coast of Crimea (Cape Aya and Kara-Dag are considered its borders) with an emphasis on Big Yalta. The fact that some elite residential properties of the South Coast were originally designed on the site of old boarding houses and recreation centers also plays a role. Almost all large projects include swimming pools and spas, and some large complexes have their own restaurants and even cinemas. According to Lilia Safronova, the infrastructure of a large residential complex includes: a private beach, indoor and outdoor pools, a park area, a cafeteria, a restaurant, a bar, a wine cellar, a shopping gallery, a beauty salon, fitness and spa centers, a center for medical and wellness procedures. playgrounds and playrooms, babysitting and animation services are provided. Perhaps - a business center and a conference room, a diving center, a billiard club, bowling ... Entertainment menu The best restaurants in Crimea are usually concentrated on the embankments of popular resorts - Yalta, Gurzuf, Alushta, Miskhor, Simeiz - and offer a variety of quotes from French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese cuisines. Not without the local culinary "dialect", which is conventionally called "Crimean cuisine", in fact it is a symbiosis of Russian, Ukrainian and Tatar cuisines. A special chapter of the "all-Crimean gastronomic book" is devoted to seafood (mussels, octopuses, sharks, shrimps, rapa) and, of course, the famous Crimean wines. Discos, cinema and concert halls, coffee shops and bars are traditionally concentrated in the main tourist centers. The playbill of Crimean festivals and other international events deserves every attention. These include festivals of jazz, break dance and bartender art, international knightly, music, theater, film festivals, as well as many sports shows such as Prime Yalta Rally, international bike shows, water sports competitions and finally , Yalta Grand Prix of the Sea - world championship in circuit racing on super powerful boats. Of course, in terms of the level of development of tourist infrastructure and services, Crimea is still trying to reach the recognized European resorts. But it should be admitted that in recent years the gap has been decreasing more and more rapidly.
