To start advertising, you can:

2. Register independently as an agency or developer, after which our manager will contact you.
For private sellers: If you are the property owner and not representing an agency, you can list up to two properties for up to 120 days. The cost for listing one property starts from 1440 rubles. The process for private individuals is fully automated.

3. How can I pay for advertising?
1. If you are in Russia: you can pay by card or bank transfer in rubles.
2. If you are outside Russia: payment is possible to the account of our branch in Kazakhstan via bank transfer or card. Please note: card payments may not work from all countries or all banks. Please check this with your personal manager.
Thus, you can pay for advertising from anywhere in the world.
4. Is there a free trial period?
There is no free trial period on the portal. We adhere to the principle of equal conditions for all advertisers: all advertising on the portal is paid, as attracting a target audience requires significant marketing investment.
However, special offers and promotions for the first listing are regularly available for new advertisers! This allows you to test the portal's effectiveness on favorable terms. Details can be obtained from the sales department.
5. Is advertising on the portal effective?

6. How many inquiries will I receive?
The number of inquiries directly depends on your advertising strategy. It is influenced by:
- The level of competition for your country or region.
- The number of properties listed.

7. Where can I view portal statistics?
Current general statistics are available in the media kit. Detailed statistics for a specific country can be requested from the sales department.
8. Where can I view analytics for my advertising?
You can track the number of views and inquiries received in your Personal Account in the statistics section.
9. Why might competitors' properties rank higher in search?
A property's position in the search results depends on its rating. Thousands of listings from many companies are presented on the portal, and we use a special algorithm for their correct and fair ranking.
Several factors influence a property's position:
- Listing Relevance: new and recently updated properties generally rank higher.
- Quality of the Listing Card: detailed characteristics, precise location, photos, and videos increase the property's rating.
- Company Activity: speed of response to user inquiries and completeness of the company profile.
- Listing Format: premium positions allow properties to be shown at the top of search results and receive more views.
10. How can I make my properties rank higher than my competitors?
There are two ways:
1. Work on your rating. Respond quickly to inquiries, fill out property cards thoroughly, and keep listings up-to-date.
2. Subscribe to premium positions. They help a property get to the top, above standard listings. However, ranking within the premium display also depends on the rating.
Types of premium positions:
- "Featured". Up to 6 properties at the top of the search results.
- "Hot". One property is shown in the "Hot Offers" section on the country page and has priority in search results.
- "Special". Guarantees one property a place in the country's search results regardless of filters.
11. How can I avoid missing a buyer's inquiry?
In your personal account, you can set up notifications via:
- email,

- SMS.
We recommend connecting all channels to ensure you don't lose a potential client.
If an inquiry is not answered within 24 hours, the company's rating is lowered.
12. What other advertising opportunities are available on the portal?
In addition to listing properties, you can enable display advertising to promote your company's services and brand. This includes:

15. Can I list properties in different countries under a single tariff plan?
Yes. You can distribute your paid listings across any countries. You can archive properties and replace them with new ones. The main condition is that you cannot display more than the paid number of slots simultaneously (e.g., no more than 50).
16. Is automatic property feed possible? What XML formats do you work with?
Yes, we support automatic feeds. We use our own XML format and some other formats. You can request the feed specifications (in Russian and English) from the sales department.
17. Is there CRM integration?
Yes, integration with AmoCRM is configured. Instructions are available in your Personal Account under "Company Settings" -> "Integration."
18. Is there moderation on the portal?
Yes. When necessary, we moderate properties to ensure visitors receive accurate information.
19. What options are available for developers?
For developers, we offer a wide range of tools:
- Listing information about residential complexes in a separate catalog.
