The Czech Republic has signed the Schengen Agreement, and the procedure for issuing visas to enter the country is standard. In the Czech consular offices, visa applications can be submitted either in person or with the help of a representative with a notarized power of attorney, as well as through a tour operator. Types of visas There are three types of visas: short-term (up to 90 days; type C), long-term (90 days to six months; type D) and transit. Since 2011, the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs has introduced an innovation - owners of real estate in the Czech Republic (non-residents) receive the right to issue tourist multivisa with a stay of 90 days (type C) in each half of the year (i.e. 180 days per year) at the consulate at the place of residence. ... The purpose of obtaining a long-term visa can be: training, entrepreneurship, employment, family reunification with a foreigner who has been living in the Czech Republic for at least 15 months. In order to obtain a visa for employment, it is required to present an invitation from the employer at the consulate. If the employer terminates the contract (which happened more often during the economic crisis), then the foreigner should find a new job within a few days. Russians most often apply for a long-term visa on the basis of a foundation in a Czech company, as a board member in a joint-stock company or a cooperative. The right to obtain long-term visas is granted only to executive directors, the number of which a legal entity can have no more than three, and to direct members of their families. For a registered legal entity, both real estate in the country and a mortgage loan are issued. The legal entity is registered with the Commercial Court, which is subordinate to the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic. On his website you can find data on all Czech companies. The company must have a legal postal address, submit reports on a regular basis. It is not necessary to have an office, however, entrepreneurship must be real, confirmed by the accrual of profits and the payment of taxes. It is possible to change the purpose of stay and indicate in the appropriate column "entrepreneurship" (that is, the establishment of a legal entity or individual entrepreneurship) only if the foreigner has been legally in the Czech Republic for at least two years. Documents for a long-term visa Citizens of the Russian Federation apply for long-term visas only at the Czech embassy or consulate in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg or at the embassy or Czech consulate in the country where the applicant has a residence permit or permanent residence. The decision to issue long-term visas is made by the Czech Ministry of the Interior. The number of documents submitted by applicants for a long-term visa includes medical insurance with coverage of at least 60,000 euros, the cost of medical insurance (from 800 to 1,700 euros per year). In addition, the applicant must provide an officially certified translation of the insurance contract into the Czech language, as well as, upon request, a document confirming the payment of the insurance. The presence of real estate in the Czech Republic is not a basis for issuing a long-term entry visa to the owner. Real estate ownership documents can only serve as confirmation that the applicant is provided with housing during his stay in the country. A complete list of documents required for submission to the consular department can be found on the website of the Czech Embassy in Moscow. Before issuing a long-term visa, the embassy or consulate conducts an interview. Extension of a visa, residence permit A type D visa can be extended - already on the territory of the Czech Republic, in the regional divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Czech Republic. After a year of staying in the Czech Republic on the basis of a D visa, an L type visa is glued into the passport (which Russians often call a residence permit). It allows you to move freely around the Schengen countries without booking a hotel, return tickets, etc. In addition to the regional divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Foreigners Police are involved in the affairs of foreigners in the Czech Republic. In early 2011, many of its functions were transferred to the Ministry of the Interior. However, the Aliens Police will still make a note of registration of the place of stay, certify invitations, etc. From May 2011, citizens of non-EU countries will be issued a new type of residence permit - with biometric data. The issued permits are valid until the end of the period specified in them, then they will be replaced by biometric cards. Permanent residence, citizenship A foreigner can apply for a permanent residence in the Czech Republic after five years of stay in the country on the basis of a long-term visa. To obtain permanent residence for a period of 10 years, there is a condition - you can be absent from the country for a total of no more than 10 months in 5 years (no more than 6 months continuously). If this condition is not met, you can stay in the Czech Republic for long-term residence status (residence permit) renewing it every two years. Also, to obtain permanent residence, you will need to submit a bank statement on the availability of a guaranteed financial minimum in a bank account (approximately 4500 euros for each family member), an agreement with an employer, confirmation of the availability of housing or a lease agreement, a certificate of no criminal record and other documents with translation into Czech. , officially certified by a Czech notary. When applying for permanent residence, a compulsory interview is held in the Czech language. After five years of permanent residence, you can apply for citizenship. To do this, you need to know the Czech language, have no criminal record for the past five years and give up your Russian passport.

It turns out that private property-apartment can only be by performing additional conditions !!!
So, this is not the right of ownership, and in fact the right to use 90 days every six months !!!
But the rent is required to pay the owner during his absence !!!
Right it turns out that their own apartment in the Czech Republic obyazannastyami burdens and rights practically does not !!!
The owner of property in the Czech Republic, with a tourist apartment !!!

The owner of real estate in the Czech Republic is a Russian pensioner
Unfairly it turns out that you can not get a residence permit to the owner of the real estate - the pensioner.
But living in the Russian pension in the Czech Republic is the contribution to the economy.
Also, if the pensioner rents real estate in Moscow, and the money spent in the Czech Republic is also a contribution to the economy!
