In accordance with the trends of recent years, residential real estate in Bulgaria was most widely represented: it was offered by fifty companies. Visitors could also get acquainted with a variety of housing options in Spain and Portugal, Cyprus and Greece, Croatia and Montenegro, France, Switzerland and other countries.
Communicating with specialists, the guests of the Salon could get up-to-date information about the state of the real estate market in a particular country, find out the details of transactions for the purchase of urban or resort housing. At the same time, as Maria Shuldiner notes, visitors to the St. Petersburg exhibition turned out to be very knowledgeable, most had a clear idea of exactly where they wanted to buy real estate. "The fact that prices have dropped in many popular destinations has given the negotiations additional momentum. The general mood can be conveyed like this: if you buy, then now," said the director of the exhibition.
Issues related to the purchase of real estate, legal support, obtaining visas and residence permits were covered at 15 seminars and presentations held during the exhibition days. The most attended events were devoted to emigration opportunities when buying real estate abroad and reviews of investment-attractive markets.
Pafilia Property Developers acted as the general sponsor of the VII Salon of Foreign Real Estate, Dream Home became the general sponsor of the Guide to the Foreign Real Estate Market, and Dinevi Group became the sponsor of the Salon's business program.
The next, VIII, "Salon of foreign Real Estate" will be held on October 9-11 at the St. Petersburg CCM.

At the end of March, the VII "Salon of Foreign Real Estate" was held in St. Petersburg, which was attended by 144 companies. Despite the fact that the spring in St. Petersburg turned out to be cold, and the European markets cooled down considerably, the degree of business activity at the exhibition was high.
The Salon of Foreign Real Estate in St. Petersburg is one of the main events for companies working with real estate in Russia. According to the activity of the participants and visitors of the exhibition, it is possible to judge how high the interest of St. Petersburg buyers in houses abroad is. According to the director of the exhibition, Maria Schuldiner, the spring Salon justified the hopes: "There were no fewer visitors at the spring exhibition than in autumn, when the economic situation was different. This suggests that real estate abroad remains in the field of attention of a certain part of St. Petersburg residents."
