The cost of housing and rent in the central districts of the city, as well as in the coastal areas of Lazur and Sarafovo is the highest in Burgas and is estimated at 800-1000 euros per sq. m. m, and in other areas of the city, for example, in Slaveykov - at 550-650 euros per sq. m. Sarafovo is considered an elite district of Burgas, on its territory there are mainly villas and houses on the coast.
