"The Hobbit's House" in Bulgaria
In Bulgaria, in the center of the village of Banya near the resort town of Obzor, a remarkable house built in the style of hobbit houses from the epic novel by English writer Tolkien "The Lord of the Rings" is for sale.

Italian trulli
Unusual Italian houses "trulli" can be found only in the southern region of Italy Apulia, they are a unique feature of this region. Trulli are included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites, now their construction is prohibited.
Trulli are small white houses with a conical roof, built of stone without the use of adhesive mortar. Under each roof-cone, as a rule, there is one bedroom. Such original villas perfectly save from the sultry Italian sun.
These original buildings are more suitable for renting to tourists, rather than for permanent residence. Trulli is often used as shops, small hotels or restaurants - here you can fully immerse yourself in the medieval atmosphere.

These unique apartments are located on the 33rd floor of the Ritz-Carlton luxury hotel in New York in the southern part of Central Park. The owners of this object at various times were famous and rich people - Steve Vin, Bernard Arnault, Salma Hayek and the royal family of Saudi Arabia.
The Ritz-Carlton Mall in New York was built in 1930, at that time it was called St. Moritz. The upper floors of the building were occupied by hotel rooms, but in 2001 this space was converted into a condominium. Reconstruction and design were carried out by two well-known modern masters - Oscar Shamamian and Michael Smith.
The apartments have a unique design – in a large living room with windows facing north and south, Venetian plaster harmoniously combines with parquet floors in the style of the Palace of Versailles with nickel-silver inserts. Special privacy is provided by the presence of a private entrance and its own elevator.

Hunting castle of the 19th century in France
A 19th-century hunting castle, built in 1820, is for sale in the vicinity of Dijon in the Burgundy region in eastern France. This castle has been completely restored and is ready for use.
The main feature of this ancient estate is hunting pens with an area of 1.2 hectares with pheasants and other game. In addition, there is a hunting farm license with the right to conduct hunting.

Of the 5.5 hectares of the total land area, about 3 hectares are occupied by famous Brunello vineyards and 1 hectare by olive trees. The grape harvest grown in this estate goes to the production of wine. The vines were planted in 1988 and are cultivated according to the Guyot system.
The production is equipped with all the equipment for growing and harvesting grapes, as well as for the production and storage of wine (tractor, plow, refrigerator for fermentation, oak barrels). Every year the farm produces 15 000 – 18 000 bottles of wine. The cost of the estate includes finished products worth about 1.2 million euros.
There is also a villa on the plot, made in a traditional Tuscan style, with an area of about 260 sq. m.
