Journey into Summer
Through the porthole, a calming picture appears to the eye: soft black mountain peaks are covered with morning fog, rivers drowning in greenery sparkle like precious stones. The mountains embrace the waters of the Gulf of the sea, so transparent that the clouds seem to rest on its turquoise bottom, and not soar in the sky. Here and there, white sails flash by, which are leisurely strolling along the turquoise surface.
Generous Montenegro is all about it. Time passes slowly here, and nature forces us to stop in order to take a closer look at its beauty. The convenient location of the country, mild climate, many historical attractions, developed infrastructure and, of course, the cleanest sea with beautiful beaches and marinas - that's what attracts guests, yachtsmen and home buyers from all over the world. Today, the real estate market in Montenegro is characterized by a rise: international investors are investing impressive funds in the construction of new projects.
Boko Kotor Bay, which is called the southernmost fjord in Europe, is a submerged river canyon that has penetrated many, many kilometers deep into the mainland. This "historical" feature forms a completely unique landscape: being here, you are surrounded by a ring of mountains protecting the bay from the power of the open sea and the cold winter winds. It has its own microclimate, the sun shines here 250 days a year, and the tourist season lasts from May to September.
One of the most picturesque harbors in the world, Boka Kotor Bay consists of four arms of Herceg Novi, Rizan, Kotor and Tivat, cozy towns located along the coast. Seven islands are sheltered in its quiet waters, among them the famous islands of the Lady of the Rocks and St. George. Water transport is no less common here than land transport: and many guests and residents of these places move by sea. The infrastructure of maritime communication is well developed, and owning a property with its own marina is a privilege of the most passionate lovers of the sea. And at the end of this year they will be able to celebrate a housewarming party in one of the most anticipated projects in the region - a residential complex with Marina Portonovi.
How to get there
One of the main advantages of living in Boko Kotor Bay is its location. From here you can quickly and conveniently get to Croatia, Italy, Greece, Turkey, France and other countries of this part of Europe, both by sea and by plane.

This brand new village will have the character, look and charm of an old and long-lived place.
Settlement structure
Since Portonovi is located on the slope of a mountain, it is divided into several villages, which got their name from their location. So, the most elite apartments of the project lie right next to the marina and offer an unprecedented view of it. There is also a promenade and a shopping street with shops of the world's best brands. The buildings of the first line will be crowned with Sky Villas – luxury penthouses with a private pool, the most prestigious and expensive in Portonovi. Comfort guarantee
Interestingly, even the houses located very close to the village of Portonovi will guarantee complete privacy to their owners: the architects of the project have so competently planned the territory that the features of landscape design - fountains, gardens, green spaces - will provide residents with complete privacy.
All the interiors of the project were created by the famous premium British chain Harrods Interiors – and represent a combination of refined luxury, conciseness and comfort typical of coastal towns. Owners are given a choice of two design options for living spaces in lighter and darker colors. Only one thing can be said about the quality of equipment, equipment, furniture, fittings and lighting: they will be of the highest quality. All villas and apartment complexes are equipped with a private pool.
Portonovi provides the services of a management company that fully organizes the rental of local real estate, as well as its management and maintenance during the absence of the owners.
Progress
At the moment, the construction of the Lower village of Portonovi is being completed, the houses of which will open their doors to their owners at the end of this year. Next, apartments at the marina will be rented.
The Lower village offers four types of housing - apartments with one, two, three and four bedrooms in duplex townhouses, as well as penthouses.
Designed by the outstanding London studio RTKL, the Marina apartments are the most modern and elite structures in Portonovi. From here you can enjoy the best views of the Bay of Kotor, Mount Lovcen, the marina and the promenade, along which designer boutiques and branded stores of premium brands will be located. In the interior design of the marina apartments, the maritime theme prevails, which distinguishes them from the Mediterranean village style of other apartments and villas of the project. Designing exclusive apartments at Marina, the famous Italian design studio m2 Atelier successfully combined luxury with functionality.
Now is the most favorable time to buy, because there is an opportunity to choose the most suitable apartment or villa configuration.
