Housing in Spain, Cyprus, Italy and Bulgaria turned out to be the most popular among buyers at the Kiev exhibition "Real Estate Abroad". However, according to the director of the agency DEC Property, Alexander Tarchenko, in six months the priorities of potential investors have changed: if in the spring the consumer was interested in the destinations where he used to vacation, now these are countries with the prospects of obtaining a residence permit or opening their own business. The crisis affected the number of exhibitors, but the number and quality of visitors, as noted by the director of the Ukrainian office of Pafilia, the companies were satisfied. The next, Sixth International Real Estate Exhibition will be held at the Ukrainian House at the end of March.
