Complex G.A.T.O. Tower

G.A.T.O Tower is an ambitious large-scale project that includes residential and commercial areas, located in the center of Cambodia's capital, at the intersection of Norodom Boulevard and 334 Street in Phnom Penh. The height of the complex will be 296 m, which will make the G.A.T.O Tower one of the tallest buildings in Phnom Penh. 

The project was developed in the office of Shin Takamatsu, a famous Japanese architect who designed many famous buildings, including the museum in Tianjin (China), the National Theater in Okinawa (Japan), and the Babelsberg Business Center in Potsdam (Germany) and others. 

There are business centers, embassies, international schools and large shopping malls in the immediate vicinity of the G.A.T.O Tower.

In total, the project provides 472 studio apartments with an area of 31 square meters. luxury penthouses of 420 square meters, as well as 238 hotel rooms. For residents, the building will be equipped with a 10-tier parking for 252 cars.
