Kolos Residence is a new residential complex with spacious premium class apartments with windows overlooking the Black Sea.
Location
The project is being built in the resort suburb of Batumi, Makhinjauri, at Megobroba str., 1, just 100 meters from the sea. The residential complex is located in an ecologically clean and safe area near the Green Cape, around there are mainly cottage-type houses.

Construction
Kolos Residence is a 21-storey building designed in a modern dynamic style and being built using advanced technologies.
