Orla A new luxury residential complex located in one of Dubai's most famous tourist areas Palm Jumeirah. The developer of the project is the OMNIYAT company. A plot of 29,000 sq. m. was allocated for the construction of the premium complex. The transfer of the exclusive project into operation is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2026.
