Complex Paradise Hills

Paradise Hills is a new large-scale premium real estate complex, located among the lush greenery of the new Golf City district in Dubai, a 15-minute drive from Dubai Marina and the beaches of the Persian Gulf.The complex has unobstructed access to key highways in Dubai, including Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Hessa Street, Emirates Road and Al Khail Road.

The project is being developed by Indigo Properties, which promises a calm and relaxing autonomous community with "cascading water features, a brightly lit landscape and densely planted paths with beautiful contrasting lush foliage". 

The landscape design of Paradise Hills will consist of a hierarchy of parks connected by winding paths through a garden that "recreates a tropical world inhabited by exotic plant species and artifacts".The community will also have waterfalls, lakes, streams and fountains.

The villas are made in a modern architectural style using natural materials such as striped stone on the facade, wooden cornices and pergolas, textured paint for the walls and rustic tiles.The villas range in size from 5,500 to 9,800 square feet and have a layout with 4, 5 and 6 bedrooms.All villas will have a designer swimming pool, large windows, modern equipped kitchen, smart home technology, panoramic glass elevators and spacious bedrooms with bathrooms.

Townhouses with 3 and 4 bedrooms have an area of about 3,800 sq. ft., full-height windows, sliding doors, high ceilings, terraces, balconies and minimalistic design.

Among the many amenities of Paradise Hills are a shopping center with retail areas and restaurants, sports and entertainment complexes, playgrounds, lawns and barbecue areas.Paradise Hills will also have its own community club with a designer resort-style pool, sports facilities and various restaurants.

The construction is at the initial stage. Completion of construction - 2024.
