Complex Sapphire

Sapphire is a new ultra-modern premium residential complex located at 43 Highway in Mitte, the central district of Berlin, where most government offices, embassies and attractions, many popular restaurants and trendy shops, galleries, exhibitions, museums and theaters are located. The project was designed by the famous deconstructivist architect Daniel Libeskind, and stands out with its unique crystal&The exterior has sharp edges and diagonals typical of the architect's work and is an absolute decoration of the area.Among other things, Mitta has excellent infrastructure, and all types of urban and intercity transport are within walking distance.

Sapphire is an eight-storey building with huge asymmetrical windows and a sparkling ceramic facade made of shiny ceramic tiles in metallic color, which, like plants, absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen. The complex is built exclusively from environmentally friendly materials and includes 73 luxury apartments ranging from 36 to 169 square meters, with two or four bedrooms and at least one wall displaying the architectural style of Libeskind. Huge windows significantly increase the amount of natural light. Shops are located on the ground floor of the building.For the convenience of residents, the project provides concierge services, underground parking, a beautiful garden and a fitness room.
