Detailed description

Solis Residence is a new high-rise residential complex with all amenities, located in Batumi, at 61 Sheriff Himshiashvili Street, near the New Boulevard, a few dozen meters from the sea.

This is an ecologically clean area with a developed tourist infrastructure, convenient transport interchange and without any industrial production nearby. Near the complex there is a picturesque park of Lech and Maria Kaczynski, as well as many attractions of the resort town.

Near the new building there are shops, chain supermarkets operating around the clock, cafes, pubs, bars, restaurants of local and European cuisine, spas, casinos, bank branches, conference halls and business centers, as well as the Metro City shopping and entertainment center with trendy boutiques and fast food establishments.

Within a radius of one and a half kilometers there is a grocery hypermarket "Djibe", the International University Hospital of Batumi, a children's hospital, a pastry shop, the Euro Park water park, the Dynamo stadium and another Carrefour hypermarket.

A fifteen-minute walk from Ardagani Lake with dancing fountains, a lunapark, and a dolphinarium three kilometers away.

Near the residential complex there is a highway that runs along the entire coast and allows you to quickly get to the desired area of the city. There is a bus stop 200 metres away, through which several buses and minibuses run.

The new building with a height of 26 floors is designed in accordance with the requirements for the comfort level of housing and its energy efficiency. The necessary seismic resistance is provided by a reinforced concrete monolithic frame. Only high-quality materials are used during construction. The facade is insulated with a durable thermal insulator, and lined with aluminum composite panels.

The developer installs the necessary technological equipment. Engineering communications of a modern type are being laid, connected to the central city networks.
