Complex Solis Residence

Solis Residence is a new high-rise residential complex with all amenities, located in Batumi, at 61 Sheriff Himshiashvili Street, near the New Boulevard, a few dozen meters from the sea.

This is an ecologically clean area with a developed tourist infrastructure, convenient transport interchange and without any industrial production nearby. Near the complex there is a picturesque park of Lech and Maria Kaczynski, as well as many attractions of the resort town.

Near the new building there are shops, chain supermarkets operating around the clock, cafes, pubs, bars, restaurants of local and European cuisine, spas, casinos, bank branches, conference halls and business centers, as well as the Metro City shopping and entertainment center with trendy boutiques and fast food establishments.

The new building with a height of 26 floors is designed in accordance with the requirements for the comfort level of housing and its energy efficiency. A Smart Home system is also being installed, which includes motion, smoke, water leakage, door and window opening detectors.

The developer installs the necessary technological equipment. Engineering communications of a modern type are being laid, connected to the central city networks.
