Complex Green Paradise 4

Green Paradise IV is the fourth phase of the year-round resort complex The Green Paradise, located in a beautiful oak grove. The place where the complex is located offers its inhabitants silence, comfort, tranquility, fresh forest air, shade and coolness. The complex is located only 10 min walk to the beach and to the center of Primorsko.

Green Paradise IV is a 5-storey building with underground parking, a panoramic elevator and reception. The layout of the building is designed in such a way as to minimize the proportion of common parts in the apartments in favor of living space. In the building there are studios and one bedroom apartments with an area of 35.87 sq. M. M to 66.26 square meters. M.

In the construction and finishing of Green Paradise IV, quality materials have traditionally been used. Monolithic construction, walls of Austrian brick Wienerberger, 25 cm thick, outside thermal insulation, reinforcement and mineral plaster, inside the cement plaster, gypsum plaster, water-based paint, floors - tiles and laminate, bathroom is fully equipped up to trifles, sockets and switches, windows of 5 Chamber PVC profile.
