Hello!
When requesting a mortgage loan from a bank, you must provide the following documents:
- a copy of the passport;
- CODICE FISCALE - the tax code, an analogue of the Russian INN, is issued within a few minutes at the tax office (Agenzia delle Entrate) in any city in Italy or at the Italian consulate abroad (all real estate agencies provide assistance in its registration for free).
- documents confirming the existence of your own business, if any,
- certificate from the place of work (if you are employed),
- payroll,
- income declaration,
- tax payment certificate,
- information about existing bank accounts,
- movement of funds in bank accounts (account statement).
All documents must be translated into Italian and certified by the Italian Consulate.
Since banks are now very careful about lending to non-European citizens, the bank may also ask for a certificate of family composition, alimony payments, etc.

ITALY. The purchase procedure
How do I sell real estate in Italy and get money partly in rubles in Russia and partly in euros in Italy?
I also ask for clarification.:
* what nuances should be considered when making a deal,
* how the payment is made,
* what methods ensure the security of the transaction.
Thanks

ITALY. The rights of foreign buyers
I want to rent a residential apartment in Italy with the right of compulsory purchase after 3 years. Is such a scheme for the purchase of residential real estate in Italy legally fixed and working, and what risks and problems may arise for the buyer? I currently have temporary protection status in Germany. Thank you.

ITALY. The rights of foreign buyers
Good afternoon, tell me. I am Belarusian, but I live in Poland. And I have Polish documents. If I buy an apartment, can I come and live there for a few months, for example? Do I need a residence permit for this?
