Acquisition of real estate in Hungary gives you the opportunity to apply for a visa type D - the right to a residence permit.
Obtaining residence permits, allow to live for you and your family all year round in Hungary, without limiting the number of entries and departures from the country.
As well as a residence permit entitles you to move freely, not only in Hungary but also in other countries outside the Schengen area.
There are no prohibitions and restrictions.
