For Ukrainians the same conditions as any other foreigner.
This is a very correct decision - lent in Turkey, since mortgage rates are lower than in Ukraine and ofrmlenii loan procedure much easier.
Any citizen of Ukraine can get a loan to purchase real estate in Turkey, up to fifty percent of the cost of real estate for 10 years, but the loan repayment period should end when you turn 65 years old.
So if you are 60 years, the loan will only for five years.

Loans for foreigners (citizens of Ukraine in particular) give Deniz Bank, Garanti Bank, HSBC. Loan Currency: Turkish lira, euros, dollars and pounds sterling. According to the internal rules and procedures of the bank, the conditions for obtaining credit and services in different banks may vary.
How different loan terms (eg, HSBC provides only up to 10 years), and initial fees and interest rates (an average of 7.5-9 percent per annum). Hello, Victor. For Ukrainians the conditions for obtaining a mortgage loan are the same as for other foreigners. You can count on the sum of 50% of the appraised value of the property. To receive credit you must show the Bank license translations of the following documents: passport, residence permit, certificate of income, credit history, and if there are documents about the ownership of cars, property and a statement of account movements. The timing of the application - 3 to 4 days. The loan can be received by 6,6% per annum (Deniz Bank), for up to 10 years.
