To stay on the territory of Montenegro it is necessary to "Borovac" (residence permit) or to cross the border into Montenegro every month, children in particular, as from 1 October 2013. adopted the law on possibility of presence of Russian citizens 12 months a year, earlier this period was only 3 months out of the year.
The purchase of real estate is not a basis for obtaining a temporary residence.
In order to get Borovac" we need employment in Montenegrin companies or you can open your own firm and to pay monthly taxes to the state.
Education in Montenegrin schools is free, this "Borovac" child needs.
In Montenegro there are also Russian-language schools. Two schools in the town "Revival" and "Katyusha", a Russian school in Podgorica. Training in these schools is according to Russian standard. The monthly cost of education in these schools - from 200 to 350 Euros.

In every town in Montenegro, there are free public high schools. Training is conducted in Serbian language, however because of the proximity of the languages the children very quickly get used to that after 2-3 week I have almost all understand and speak.
There are Russian schools in the Russian program

Training in Montenegro under the new rules (need to clarify): 1 - 9 classes, primary school, then 3 years high school or
2 - 8 classes of primary school, next 4 years - high school.
Education in schools - free provided that children should have a stamp about a residence permit (on the basis of a residence permit of the parents).
The DIFFICULTIES TRAINING IN the MONTENEGRIN LANGUAGE, you need at least two to three months to work out in the summer with a tutor (at least 3-4 times per week, the price of 5-7 Euro/hour), and more communication with local children (Russian TV is forbidden, watching local).
This is sufficient for adaptation.
