Danila, good time of day.
It is impossible to state with certainty about possible problems, not knowing what complex is involved, what this complex has and what services are included or not included in the cost. The absence of a support fee is not its absolute absence. For example, you, living in a block of flats, pay for an elevator, intercom, lighting in the entrance, cleaning stairwells - this is the support rate. Speaking about the complexes - the support fee includes landscaping, swimming pool, and complex security. But if you pay "houses" every month, then, as a rule, in Bulgaria, the support fee is paid once a year. Yes, indeed, the support fee should be adequate. The lack of it can lead to consequences that will require even greater investments in the future.

There are no problems:
In the entrance there will be dirty walls, there will be no electricity, the yard will be covered with grass (uncleared snow) and with garbage, if something happens somewhere (it breaks the sewer pipe, the roof leaks). You will decide everything yourself and at your own expense. All because usually in homes without support fees, large non-lovers settle in to pay money.
As a person who lives in Bulgaria for the fourth year, I think that a dachshund is necessary. BUT!!! It must be adequate and transparent.
There are questions-write, I will answer in more detail.

Good afternoon, Danila. There are complexes with an established management system, then the complex is monitored in your absence - this is protection, elimination of leaks, if there is, in short, to ensure that something does not happen to your real estate. If without management or support to buy an object, then this is just a house, more oriented to the residence of local citizens. No one will follow, if anything happens to you, then you will pay for the whole repair yourself, and when you come to this apartment, there will also be no security of the complex, etc.

BULGARIA. Visa, residence permit, citizenship
Good afternoon,
I live in Germany and am a German citizen. I would like to know if it is possible for my parents to obtain a residence permit in Bulgaria based on the fact that I am a citizen of the European Union, for example, through family reunification?
Is it necessary for me to live in Bulgaria myself?
With respect,
Larisa

1. Will it be possible for them to make a power of attorney for me at the consulate in Moscow so that I can complete the entire transaction from the beginning to receiving the money?
2. If so, do you need, in addition to a power of attorney, the consent of both, translated at the consulate?
3. What other documents are needed and can all documents be done in Moscow
