Last year adopted amendments to the Schengen code. Whether has now sense to get residence permit in Latvia, if with him to stay on the territory of other Schengen countries 365 days a year?
On the website of the Embassy of Latvia it is written that to live with him in the Schengen area for 90 days can for six months, and then welcome back.

All clients skate / live in the Schengen area because it is convenient. Especially if you drove a car. You never heard that someone had a problem with it.
In Germany, for example (I think like the others. EU) is a "requirement" to register if the period of stay in the country will exceed 90 days. BUT (!!!), we have repeatedly consulted by German lawyers and the law does not specify any one punishment or any other consequences if you do not. Even if you fly in transit through / from Latvia (which is very convenient to the client's words). How much and in what country you are very difficult to fix.

Hello. I'm going to buy a room on the 1st floor of an apartment building in Riga. It was found out that the land under the building does not belong to the seller.
