Alexander, hello. There are several thermal resorts in Bulgaria - Velingrad, Sandanski, Hisarya, etc. Real estate can be found anywhere and for every taste. Mostly foreigners prefer Velingrad and Sandanski, but if you want to plunge more deeply into Bulgarian life, then Hisaria is what you need. It will take about 2 hours to get from Sofia Airport to Velingrad or Sandanski.
