Unfortunately, mortgages Russians in Montenegro are not issued.
The credit can be issued only to a legal entity.
It is possible to agree on installments for the purchase of property with the owner. We often practice it, using the long and close relationship with the majority of real estate developers and private owners.

A citizen of a foreign state can get a mortgage in the amount of 50% of the purchase price, provided that it will be building on a legal entity and the seller will agree with this, as reported by the bank corresponding letter.
Regarding the conditions - everything will depend on the specific object, the amount, repayment terms. Here it is difficult to say which bank would be better if we do not object. I suggest you consider another possibility - many developers are willing to provide property in installments that is fixed in the contract.
