Citizens of Kazakhstan do not yet have the possibility of registration of real estate in Croatia on an individual.
You can buy a property on a legal person as before buyers are Russians. This is no big deal. This is a standard procedure for the waste. Register a legal entity can be, even in advance, without having to physically travel to Croatia (through a power of attorney lawyer).
Share capital - about 2,700 euros. The registration fees - about 1200-1300 euro.
Monthly will be required to pay an accountant services - about 100 euros per month. But it has its advantages - Accountant pay all your utility bills each month, writing from your application to the various organs, receives your mail while you are away, that is, it performs a kind of property management functions.
If this sounds complicated, it is recommended to buy real estate in neighboring Montenegro, where no legal entity is not required, and the prices are 20% lower.
