Residence permit for the whole family

We need to get a residence permit in Greece on the family in part - I, the wife, minor son, my mom and her husband. Have owned a house with a cadastral value of over € 250,000. Goal is to provide parents a longer duration of stay in Greece and how to obtain Greek citizenship at all. I want to do everything legally, with notification to all authorities and Parents do not work and buy a new property in Greece is not going to. What we need to do to get a residence permit?

Julia, currently a residence permit for real estate owners does not apply to parents, only the spouse and minor children. However, the government is considering the possibility of amending the law on residence permit, which will issue residence permit to the parents of both spouses. Stay tuned.

Dear Julia! At registration of the residence permit and the owner of all adult family members pay a fee of 500 euros, minors are exempt from paying this fee. Also, at the time the documents to obtain a residence permit have to provide health insurance, the cost of which ranges from 270 up to 530 euros, depending on age
(The older the age, the higher the cost of insurance).
To obtain a residence permit the following documents are required:
1.Pasporta
2.Dogovor sale of real estate and communication of the ownership right
3.Svidetelstvo birth of children (if there are children)
4.Svidetelstvo marriage (if you want to get a residence permit spouse (y)
5.Meditsinskaya insurance
6.Fotografii 4 pcs. 3x4 color and photos on CD
All documents must be printed APOSTILLE!
