Visa
Mikhail Klimov asks:
Is it possible in Bulgaria in the period of 5-6 months in a row? Or with a small break? What kind of visa you need for this issue? Or there is the possibility of an extension?

Michael, good afternoon. Just stay in Bulgaria for 5-6 months in a row does not work. If you want to obtain a residence permit, you must first obtain a visa D (180 days a year stay, 90 days in each half year), this is a business visa or multiple, and then you can apply for a residence permit. A residence permit is issued on the basis of a representative office of a foreign LLC, as well as on the basis of a “secured pensioner”. You can also obtain a residence permit by opening a legal entity in Bulgaria. In each case, its own reasons for obtaining a residence permit.

Hello Michael!
Whatever visa you apply for - single, double or multiple - all of them give the right to stay in the country for up to 90 days.
I note that property owners in Bulgaria and their immediate family with a notarial deed of ownership are eligible to receive a multiple short-term visa with a total stay of 180 days a year, every six months for 90 days.
For a longer stay in Bulgaria, it is already necessary to issue a residence permit, the so-called residence permit. To obtain a residence permit, you need to enter the country with a migration visa D - this is a visa for long-term stay, which is issued for 6 months with multiple entry for those who want to obtain a long, long-term or permanent stay. There are several reasons for obtaining such a visa - if you wish, please contact me, I will try to explain everything to you depending on your specific situation.

Michael, good afternoon.
If you want to stay in Bulgaria more time than the maximum allowed period of a tourist visa, namely 90 days for the previous 180-day period, then there are two options:
1. You apply for a D visa, which is valid for 6 months and gives the right to stay in Bulgaria for the entire duration of its validity and enter and leave unlimited. On the basis of this visa, you can apply for a residence permit or not apply for it and get a D visa again next year.
2. Simultaneously with the Bulgarian tourist visa C, you must have a Schengen visa. After the days on a Bulgarian visa, you leave the country and enter on a Schengen visa. In this option, there are two drawbacks - it is necessary to carefully calculate the days on visas and if today Bulgaria does not count the days spent by tourists on two visas in the country, then they will soon begin to take them into account.
As for the extension of the visa and stay, this is done only in case of state interest or in an emergency (due to health reasons). After the interest has been exhausted or the emergency situation has resolved, the tourist will be “asked” from the country.

Good afternoon, Michael. For a stay of 5-6 consecutive months, a residence permit is already required. A Bulgarian tourist visa allows you to arrive in Bulgaria for only 3 months. You can enter the current Schengen - for the number of days remaining from this visa.
But if you plan to stay in Bulgaria for such a long time, then I think it is more correct to start applying for a residence permit.

BULGARIA. Visa, residence permit, citizenship
Good afternoon,
I live in Germany and am a German citizen. I would like to know if it is possible for my parents to obtain a residence permit in Bulgaria based on the fact that I am a citizen of the European Union, for example, through family reunification?
Is it necessary for me to live in Bulgaria myself?
With respect,
Larisa

BULGARIA. Investments, leasing, sale
Good day! Please tell me what to do in the following situation:
My parents own the apartment in half, but they can't go to the sale, only I, their son, can.
1. Will it be possible for them to make a power of attorney for me at the consulate in Moscow so that I can complete the entire transaction from the beginning to receiving the money?
2. If so, do you need, in addition to a power of attorney, the consent of both, translated at the consulate?
3. What other documents are needed and can all documents be done in Moscow
