Good afternoon! There is no such list in the public domain yet - but you can contact the Association of property owners in Bulgaria "Alyosha" - http://rus-bul.com .

As for the agencies you mentioned, I can't say anything about the first one - we have not encountered in work, and the second one is quite solid, one of the market leaders.
