No, based on possession of the apartment can not work in Slovakia. To work need a temporary residence permit. A residence permit can be obtained only on the basis of the company. First, given a residence permit for 1 year, 5 years will get permanent residence. After that, you close the company and can work in any company in Slovakia and the EU.
