I buy an apartment for 100 000 euros, I have all the documents for legal residence in Spain, and have a job contract. What are the chances of me getting a loan if I make the first installment of EUR 20 000?

Galina, good afternoon. As a general rule, give credit when you pay 50% of the value of the object, but in each case there are options when the will and at a lower down payment. If you buy an apartment in the primary market, then the developer may be an agreement with a particular bank and then help you with a loan.

I think that with a very high probability you will be given credit. Much will depend on where you buy an apartment, and in what condition it is.
