It's not really a program. Just have a building where you can live only in people over 55 years. Less - it is impossible. The cost of apartments there are cheaper than conventional buildings. The service is also cheaper. Mostly Florida building 1970-1990 construction. Now is not a new build, so it's just second homes. Mostly under reconstruction.
Another important point is that many such buildings are not allowed to live the children and keep animals to not disturb tenants.
This housing may purchase non-US residents.
