In Croatia everything is more complicated than in neighboring Montenegro. If You are a citizen of Croatia and is not a citizen of any EU countries, do not have the right to officially hand over the apartment to rent. For this you need to form a Croatian company. Accordingly, it will be a completely different mathematics of income and expenses than individuals. Turn on the mechanism of depreciation of the object, cost accounting support etc.
There are a couple of complexes which have a complex legal scheme which allows owners to register a company. But such complexes (apartment) only two.
