Quota for the purchase of an object in a special case
Andrei Urokin asks:
Please confirm or deny the following: if the buyer / seller of the property has acquired it as a foreigner under the quota system, a new permit will not be required and the purchase will not be included in the quota set for this year. Details: Real estate in the canton of Bern belongs to the Russian, as a mortgage with the bank for a mortgage. Acquired more than 5 years ago. When buying, you get a quota and the necessary permits. When selling to a non-resident in Switzerland, is there a new quota for the purchase of this property?

Good afternoon!
A new quota will not be required, but the potential buyer will be checked for compliance with the specified conditions and also give him permission to purchase:
- the only object per family
- the residential area does not exceed 200m2 (250m2 in some cases), the land plot is not more than 1000m2 (1500m2 in some cases)

Due to the fact that it has become more difficult for Russians to maintain real estate in other countries, is an exchange option possible? For example, I live in Europe, I have real estate in Russia and I want to change my apartment to European real estate. Are there any such options? How much is it really possible to do from the point of view of legality?
