I have been living in Spain for many years in Spain, but because of the too hot climate I would like to change the country, the Czech Republic is desirable because of its mineral water resorts. Question: how can I live in the Czech Republic, having British citizenship? What will be my status of living in the Czech Republic?

Upon arrival in the Czech Republic you, in principle, you can not notify anyone about your arrival. But if you still want to live and work in the country for more than 90 days, then you need to get "the transient period". There is no need for such a package of documents, the only thing is to show what you are going to do here. This may be entrepreneurial activity, work on the livestock, or work on a basic rate of some, etc. Based on the package you receive, you get a confirmation for residence permit and then for permanent residence, and after a while you can get citizenship

We are selling an apartment in the Czech Republic under a sale and purchase agreement dated February 11, 2022, which we bought in 2010. A non-resident of the Russian Federation is buying. The transfer of money is planned to a Russian bank. Do we fall under the decree of 03/01/2022 if the transaction is completed in the near future?
