A citizen of the Russian Federation sends money for the purchase of an apartment through bank transfer (SWIFT), based on the contract of sale (original in English, translation into Russian). The amount is sent on the basis of the invoice (invoice), in any freely convertible currency, to the account of the seller of the apartment or builder the amount is received in local currency - Thai baht.
Full or partial payment for the apartment can be made on the spot, at the builder's office, or at a real estate agency, if this is a secondary home: payment by bank card, cash (baht, dollars, euro, rubles) is possible.
