To obtain a residence permit without the right to work, there are NO LIMITATIONS on the price of the property to be acquired, so it is possible to apply for residence permit, but in accordance with other requirements, such as the availability of money in the account for a specific number of family members, taking into account the living space and the number of bedrooms for children, according to the housing legislation of Spain and some other important aspects that the applicant is required to provide.
