We concluded an agreement with the agency PROPOSTA DI ACHUISTO, two people indicated buyers in the agreement, after some time one refuses to carry out the deal until the end because of finances, but they gave a pledge of 5,000 euros. The question is: if a deal is ruined due to our fault of the buyer, other than losses of 5,000 euros, what sanctions do they follow?
