The conditions are extremely simple, you need:
- Purchase amount
- Passport
It is desirable that the amount was ready, and was in one of the European banks.
If you need to apply for a loan, you must have a permanent profit in Euro.
If there is money in Russia, Alfa Bank has an IBAN for transferring money to Germany (perhaps now some other bank may, too, but in our experience it was the only one).
