Good afternoon. An apartment is the same property, material value. The pledge involves the transfer of ownership in case of non-repayment of the debt within the agreed period. You can draw up a pledge agreement with a notary in Montenegro, as it is an apartment in Montenegro. As a guarantee of the execution of this Agreement (so that it is not possible to sell the apartment), the notary will impose a burden on the apartment in the Cadastre with reference to the signed Pledge Agreement.
