Good afternoon! At the time of ownership - only the possible land tax. The value depends on the location, the area of the land under the house and the number of apartments in the house. If the tax is less than 5 euros per year, then it is not charged. There is no tax upon purchase. Tax is possible upon sale, with a difference if the sale price is higher than the purchase price.
