Preliminary contract of sale and conditions of deposit
Tareva asks:
I reserved an apartment in the house that arranged for me at the location. The preliminary contract of sale with the owner is not concluded. I was offered to make a deposit as a guarantee of my intention for a possible transaction. I made a security deposit to the representative on the receipt which indicated "if I do not like the inspection of the construction site, the deposit will be returned." Money is not returned referring to Bulgarian law. Where to go?

The contract is concluded in Russian and Bulgarian, but the Bulgarian language has legal force, as the transaction will be conducted on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
As a rule, the deposit is not refundable if the buyer refuses further purchases, but each contract is different, so it should be considered by a lawyer.
