I live in Pomorie, there are 22 apartments. They chose a manager, determined the rate, but some of the tenants do not pay, citing the fact that some do not come for 3 years, others come for 2-3 weeks, do not use the elevator and do not want to pay for it, the rest paid an increased rate, covered debts. Currently, the majority refuse to pay at all. The tax consists of: repair fund, current common parts, elevator, wash according to the schedule. How to make debtors pay for support other than court?

The only legal option to force debtors to pay the service fee is through the court. Everything else is illegal and not recommended.
There are lawyers who specialize in such cases, they will prepare the necessary documents, a lawsuit will be filed, the debts of non-payers are collected forcibly, and with interest.

You need a competent lawyer so that you can get acquainted with the contract and only through the court or call a general meeting of tenants, which must be attended by at least 51 percent of the owners in order to terminate the contract with the previous one and choose a new one.
