Hello Anna, the amount should be transferred on the same day, but, of course, it is better if you have the full price on the new act, or at least something closer to the full price, and the rest is in the furniture and equipment contract. If you want to play it safe, ask the buyer to transfer the first money for the furniture, and then the sale price on the day of sale. The notary will ask you to confirm that you have received the sale price.
