How to pick up parents in the Czech Republic

In three months I am moving to my husband in the Czech Republic. My husband is a Czech citizen. I would like to take my parents to the Czech Republic for permanent residence, they are pensioners, my father is 62 and my mother is 60 years old. How can I do that? And can they receive a pension in the Czech Republic?

Good afternoon, Elena, based on the law on the stay of foreigners in the Czech Republic, you can apply for a family reunification visa, but only for one parent over 65 years old. There are always exceptions, I recommend that you consult with lawyers or the Czech Ministry of Internal Affairs, who deal with the affairs of foreigners.
