Good afternoon, Irena. Renting an apartment is possible. Foreign citizens can buy in Poland only residential real estate not related to land, that is, an apartment. Buying residential houses, land plots and commercial real estate requires an additional purchase permit from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Poland.
