Good afternoon, we sent all the documents by mail to receive the ikamet. After that, we changed the address of residence (apartment rent). The application is still pending. Do you need to do anything now? Or can you easily pick it up at the post office at the old address?

Timur, since May 2019, documents for extending a residence permit have not been sent by mail, they must be brought to the Migration Service in person or through an authorized authorized representative. You need to go to the Migration Service, find out if your documents are actually being considered and submit data on the change of address.

We bought an apartment in Avsalar 3 years ago through one of the "best" agencies, construction was completed 1.5 years ago, but the house was not commissioned, there is no search. A month before the construction was completed, the realtor hurried us to get a tapu, saying prices then rise more expensive, etc.
The tapu was received, in the contract after receiving the tapu, the realtor is not involved, but the realtor gives feedback, always in touch.
1.5 years have passed, the house has been fully completed for a year, but there is no search.
